Butterfinger Delight Recipe
What you will need:
6 full size Butterfingers (or 4 packs of the mini's)
1 Angel Food Cake
1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
First things first, make your Vanilla Instant Pudding per instructions on the box and sit in the refrigerator for now.
Take half of your Angel Food Cake and layer the bottom of your pan (or dish, whatever you are making your dessert in). Once that is done take half of your Butterfinger bars and crush them up. Pour on top of the Angel Food Cake.
Get your Vanilla Pudding out and mix all of the cool whip with it. Next pour in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (more or less depending on how sweet you want your dessert). Mix all together and then layer it on top of the Angel Food Cake/Butterfingers.
Now take the other half of your Angel Food Cake and put on top of the pudding mixture, then do the same with the rest of your Butterfingers. I also like to drizzle a bit more of the Sweetened Condensed Milk on top. Not only does it give it a sweeter taste but it also helps to soften the toppings. Refrigerate for about an hour or until the toppings have moistened.
