A Spook-tacular Halloween with Oriental Trading

Halloween is near and its one of my favorite Holidays. Theres something about the scary decorations, costumes, and the kids hyped up on candy that get me excited. 
Every year my family and I throw a Halloween party. I buy up bags and bags of candy,make up fun desserts, spooky punch and anything else that fits the theme. We go all out with decorations and treat bags for the kids.
Once again, this year I chose to do my shopping at Oriental Trading. They have everything you could need to make your Halloween party Spook-tacular.

When planning for the party one of the most important factors to me is the favor bags for the kids. It's the first thing they ask for when they arrive. I found the perfect bags on Oriental Trading. Not only are they extremely durable and cute, but the kids can also take them home and use them for trick-or-treating. The designs are perfect for a young toddler or even older kids. To fill the bags we ended up getting whoopie cushions which was my 5 year olds idea. I can picture him now, running around putting them in the adults chairs. Another fun item was the pirate yo yos. I got 2 different craft items. The Happy Halloween Mobile Craft Kit which is a hanging mobile that the parents can display for years to come, and the Friendly Black Cat Craft kit which uses paper plates to make a cute black cat. Both kits come with everything the kids need to make it. This should keep them occupied for a few minutes. I also got a bulk box of Glow in the Dark Slime, only $11.99 for one dozen. The kids will it!! Add in a few Halloween pencils for each kid and some sun glasses I had left over from a birthday party, a few pieces of candy and the bags are complete!!
No party is complete though without cupcakes. I got the wrappers and a pack of Halloween picks. We got an adorable tablecloth and used a small pumpkin in the middle for a center piece. The cool sign will be sitting at the edge of the drive way.

I think my favorite, and the kids favorite is the Zombie Bowling game. The pins are all zombie heads and the balls are shaped like brains. Gruesome, right? The kids love it. It's something simple, but perfect for all the different age groups of kids. Even better is that I can keep it from year to year.
